Policies
- Payment methods
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and HSA or FSA cards. Payment is due at the time of service.
- Insurance
- Vitara does not bill insurance. We can provide an itemized receipt you may submit to your insurer. Some treatments may qualify for HSA or FSA use when medically necessary; check with your plan.
- Cancellations
- Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be charged a $50 fee. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean a shorter or rescheduled visit.
- Refunds
- Treatments already given can’t be refunded. If your clinician decides a treatment isn’t right for you at your visit, you won’t be charged for it.
