Your care pathway
Start with a consultation.
Your hands-on care team consists of the anesthesia professionals who operate Vitara. They personally administer our infusions and IV, IM and SQ injections, and will perform ultrasound-guided PRP procedures when that service launches.
Scheduling, medical intake, consents, and patient records are handled in a separate patient platform.

Here is what to expect, from booking to follow-up.
- 01
Before your appointment
The separate patient platform will guide you through any required forms. Bring your questions and follow the preparation instructions provided by your care team.
- 02
Begin with a clinical evaluation
Discuss your goals, health history, and options. The consultation helps determine whether treatment or further evaluation is appropriate; it does not guarantee treatment that day.
- 03
Understand your plan
Discuss potential benefits, evidence limitations, risks, alternatives, time, and cost before deciding. You can ask questions before giving consent.
- 04
Know what happens next
If treatment is appropriate and you choose to proceed, your care team will explain preparation, aftercare, and any follow-up arrangements.
Uneasy about needles or IVs?
You do not need to put those concerns aside. Let the care team know about previous experiences through the patient platform or at your consultation. You can ask for an explanation of each step and discuss comfort preferences before deciding whether to proceed.
Injection and infusion safeguards
Our clinical team sets treatment-specific screening, monitoring, emergency-response arrangements, and aftercare instructions. Your care plan should explain when to contact the team and when urgent care is needed.
Our infection-prevention practices include clean preparation and aseptic technique, new sterile needles and syringes, and single-patient use of single-dose containers. Staff are trained in these practices and review them regularly.
Individual treatment pages describe additional considerations. These safeguards are not a guarantee of safety or a substitute for your individual care plan.
Questions to bring to your consultation
- Why might this option be appropriate for me?
- What evidence supports it, and what remains uncertain?
- What are the risks and alternatives, including no treatment?
- What will the full plan cost, and what follow-up is involved?
Planning your visit
Do I need to choose a treatment first?
No. You can begin with questions about your goals and options. Vitara’s care pathway starts with an individual evaluation before a treatment decision.
Can I book an appointment now?
Yes. Every visit starts with a consultation, which you can book online from our patient care page.
How much will a visit cost?
The initial consultation is $99, credited toward your first treatment. Treatment prices are listed on our pricing page, and your care team will confirm the full cost of your plan before you decide.
Where will I complete my medical forms?
Medical intake, consents, and patient records will be handled through a separate patient platform. This public website does not collect your medical information.
